Why exactly is it that we find it so difficult when it comes to speaking about mental health?

At this month's Think Act Change we will be addressing this question head on through an interactive panel discussion with some innovative young leaders in the mental health field.

We'll be getting to the bottom of our societal issues with mental health and how we can address these as well as examining the importance of wellbeing & the costs of neglecting our mental health. This is sure to be a lively discussion on a very important topic.
